We are committed to providing high-quality artificial flower bouquets and excellent customer service. This policy explains your rights and our return and refund process.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose your products carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will assess your request and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping Damage

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and keep all original packaging until your claim has been assessed.

Refund Method

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If payment was made using Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, or another supported payment method, the refund will be processed back through that same payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
