By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make the purchase.

Artiflora by Rose sells artificial flower bouquets and decorative floral arrangements.

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately. However:

Colours may vary depending on your device or screen settings.
As products are hand assembled, slight variations in wrapping, ribbon, decorative accessories, or flower placement may occur.
These natural variations do not constitute defects.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Artiflora by Rose is not currently registered for GST, therefore prices do not include GST.

Prices may change without notice.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to:

decline or cancel any order;
correct pricing or listing errors;
refuse orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Australia Post or courier services;
weather events;
public holidays;
events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
